Getting started
What to do in your first hour, and what each step buys you. Most of it is connecting OppFlow to things you already have.
1. Sign in
Open app.oppflow.ai and sign in. If a colleague invited you, follow the link in the invitation rather than signing up fresh — the invitation is what puts you in their organisation, and signing up separately creates one of your own instead.
2. Get your mail and calendar flowing
Mail and calendar access comes from the account you sign in with — sign in with Google or Microsoft and your mailbox comes with you. There is no separate mailbox to connect.
An admin picks which provider the organisation uses in App Settings › Email.
This is the connection that makes Today useful: your mail and meetings appear alongside the deals they belong to, instead of in a separate tab you have to correlate by hand.
3. Connect your CRM
An admin connects Salesforce or HubSpot once for the organisation. Accounts, contacts, opportunities and activities sync in.
Edits you make to CRM-owned fields are queued and written back to the CRM, then reflected here — rather than changed locally and silently diverging from the system of record.
4. Connect the rest
- Gong — recorded call summaries land on the right deal and feed deal analysis.
- External data — product-usage signals from your own warehouse or API, which is what turns renewals from a date into a health score.
Neither is required. Both make the deal record noticeably less dependent on someone remembering to write things down.
5. Read Today
Today is the landing screen and the point of the product: your mail, meetings, tasks and closing deals merged into one prioritised queue. It is not a dashboard to admire — it is the list to work down.
Press ⌘K (Ctrl+K on Windows) anywhere to jump to any deal, account, person or screen, or to ask Marvin a question about your pipeline.
6. Set up your team
Admins: invite the team in App Settings › Members, set roles and territories, and name a Head of Sales. Roles decide what someone does, territories decide what they can see, and the admin flag decides what they can configure — three separate things, deliberately.
Where to go next
- Integrations — connect-and-troubleshoot guides, one per system.
- In-app help — every guide, next to the screen it describes.
- Ask Marvin. It knows your pipeline, not just the manual.
