Two things that are true of all of them
- Credentials are encrypted at rest and never shown back. To rotate a secret, connect again with the new one.
- Some connections are per-user, some per-organisation, and that follows the vendor rather than our preference. A mailbox is yours; Gong grants API access company-wide, so an admin connects it once for everybody.
