CRM-to-CRM migration
Copy accounts, contacts and opportunities from one CRM into another, through OppFlow.
Allowed routes
Salesforce → HubSpot, HubSpot → Salesforce, and Internal → either. Two rules constrain the picker: the target is always an external CRM (never into the built-in store) and never the source.
Running one
- Pick a source. Record volumes per object and an estimated runtime appear.
- Pick a target from the remaining route chips.
- Start. The pipeline runs export → import → associations → finalize, and the page polls progress.
A migration copies, it does not switch
If the source is your current system of record, an amber caution says exactly this. Moving your workspace onto the new CRM is a separate, deliberate change under System of record.
