Working deals

Notes, dictation & read-aloud

Rich-text notes, optionally linked to a deal. Speak them, have them read back, or ask Marvin to summarise.

Finding a note

Search covers the title and the body. The filter offers My notes (the default), All notes, Opportunity and General, with a live result count. Search, filter and layout are all mirrored into the URL, so a refresh or a shared link lands on the same view.

The layout toggle switches between a four-column list — note, one-line preview, what it is linked to, when it was updated — and a card grid. List is the default.

Voice, both ways

Dictate
A listening bar appears while you speak and text lands in the note as prose.
Read
Reads the note aloud — useful between meetings.
Summarise with Marvin
Adds an AI summary block at the top, which can itself be read aloud.

Linked notes

Tagging a note to an opportunity makes it appear in that deal's timeline under the Notes filter. Notes are stored as Markdown, which is what makes the summary, the preview and read-aloud all work off the same text.

Synced notes are read-only
Notes created by an integration — a Gong call summary, for instance — cannot be edited by anyone. The next sync would rewrite them, so offering an edit would be offering to lose it.
