Sales Plays

A reusable AI skill that fires on a trigger and drafts the next best action. The rep always reviews before anything is sent.

How a play works

  1. A manager enables the play under Team › Plays.
  2. The trigger is evaluated when a deal is opened, not by a background sweep — so a play never has to finish running before you can read the deal.
  3. A matching deal shows a Play card on its detail page, naming the reason it fired.
  4. The rep works the steps and ticks them off; each step's state is saved on the run. The steps are a checklist, not an automation — nothing is sent, created or booked on your behalf, and Run play marks the run reviewed rather than executing anything.

Renewal Save Play
Fires when usage health drops with a renewal close. Drafts exec outreach, a blocker task and a QBR.
Stalled Deal Nudge
Fires on a deal with no touch inside a stage for too long.
Expansion Signal
Fires when usage climbs past the licensed envelope.
New Logo Welcome
Fires on close-won and sets up the handover.
Not yet
Authoring your own play is not available. “New play” on Team › Plays is a placeholder; the four above can be turned on and off and their triggers inspected.
