Integrations
Salesforce
Full CRM integration: OAuth connect, scheduled read sync, and queued write-back of approved field edits.
Connecting
App Settings › CRM → Connect. You are redirected to Salesforce, consent, and land back on the settings page. Being connected does not make Salesforce the system of record — that is a separate, confirmed choice on the same page.
What syncs in
Opportunities, accounts, contacts and activities, on a schedule you set (the card shows instance, last sync and interval) or on demand. They arrive as a read-only mirror; your app-local enrichment sits beside them and survives every sync.
What writes back
Stage, amount, close date and probability, when saved with sync-to-CRM on. Each edit becomes a pending edit processed asynchronously; the deal shows PENDING SYNC until Salesforce accepts it. A write that keeps failing stays pending rather than surfacing a reason or a retry button, so a row stuck there is worth raising with support. Nothing else in OppFlow writes to Salesforce.
Deep links
While Salesforce is the system of record, opportunities and accounts carry an SF ↗ link out to the real record. Workspaces on the built-in store have no external record to link to, so the link is absent rather than broken.
