Integrations
Google Workspace
Gmail and Google Calendar. Read your mail and meetings, send and reply from inside OppFlow.
Capabilities
Mail read
Threads involving your CRM contacts, plus message bodies and search.
Mail send
Send and reply — this is what makes the Marvin composer able to actually send.
Calendar read
Upcoming and past events, which become meeting rows and meeting-prep screens.
Calendar write is not supported — OppFlow never creates, edits or deletes events in your Google Calendar.
Partial consent is handled
Google's consent screen lets you untick individual permissions, and a restricted Workspace can withhold one outright. OppFlow reads the granted scope list, not the requested one, so if you decline send you get a connection that can read and a UI that says sending is unavailable — rather than a Send button that fails.
Bodies
Fetching every message body from Gmail would cost dozens of extra round trips per sync, so activity rows carry the thread snippet. Opening a thread fetches the full body; where it is genuinely unavailable the reader says “full body not synced” rather than showing an empty message.
